Tectono Business Review learnt that Lubcon, in collaboration with the Standards Organisation of Nigeria (SON) and the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR), would organize Nigerian Lubricant Summit 2015 featuring: International conference and exhibition of products and services with the theme: ‘Quality Lubricant: Key to Techno-Economic and Industrial Development of Nigeria.’

Yes, it will take place between the 24th and 26th of November, 2015 at Ball Room, Federal Palace Hotel, Ahmadu Bello Way, Victoria Island, Lagos by 9.00am daily.

We gathered that the summit is endorsed by the Standards of Nigeria (SON) and the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) as an international exhibition on the nation’s lubricants market and related industries. It is aimed, among other, to promote the technical compliance and reliability of locally blended lubricants via their quality assurance and sustainability.

The summit also emphasizes the role of regulatory organizations in enforcing statutory requirements for the performance standard and thereby promoting marketing potentials in the industry.
