HOTEL MANAGEMENT REQUESTS FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST IN ABUJA

A Christian religious organization which has been in existence for more than 100 years hereby requests Expression of Interest from reputable companies who have the managerial expertise required to manage a new hotel located in Wuse, Abuja.

The hotel, among many others, has 26 rooms, conference hall that could accommodate more than 180 persons, adequate car park, CCTV facilities, and water treatment plant.

Interested companies are to submit a written Expression of Interest (EOI) in four (4) copies to be accompanied with the following documents:

·        Evidence of Incorporation by the Corporate Affairs Commission.

·        Audited Accounts for the last three (3) years.

·        Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for the immediate past three (3) years.

·        Evidence of VAT Registration and Remittance.

·        Evidence of Registration of current employees by National Pension Commission.

·        Description of Financial standing of the company.

·        Company profile indicating core business.

·        Profile of key management staff indicating their qualifications and years of experience.

All interested companies are to forward four (4) copies of the EOI in sealed envelop and clearly marked ‘HOTEL AT WUSE MANAGEMENT SERVICES’ c/o Engineer Kefas Kaura, FBC, No. 15, (Plot 688) Port Harcourt Crescent, Off Gimbiya Street, Area II, Garki, Abuja.

The deadline for submission of EOI is two (2) weeks from the date of this publication.
