INVITATION TO TENDER FROM IGBINEDION UNIVERSITY

Igbinedion University, Okada is a Nigeria’s Premier Private University. It is located in Okada Town, Ovia North Local Government Area of Edo State.

The University is inviting tenders from competent and qualified Building Contractors with proven records of achievement to bid for the under-listed projects.

DESCRIPTION AND SCOPE OF WORK

Three Categories of Staff Housing projects to be located in the Crown Estate of the Campus in Okada viz:

1.     ONE (1) BEDROOM BLOCK OF 32 FLATS

2.     TWO (2) BEDROOM BLOCK OF 8 FLATS

3.     THREE (3) BEDROOMS BLOCK OF 8 FLATS

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS (TO BE SUBMITTED WITH BID)

        i.            Detailed company profile, including evidence of incorporation, audited account for the last 3 years and technical capacity.

     ii.            Proven track record and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the building industry.

   iii.            Evidence of having implemented projects of equal or higher magnitude within the last 5 years.

   iv.            Bills of Quantities.

     v.            Payment of non-refundable tender fee of Fifty Thousand Naira (N50,000) only in bank draft made payable to Igbinedion University Okada.
