Clients, bankers and business partners that Mainstreet Bank Registrars Limited, having complied with all relevant provisions of the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) and having procured the approval of the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) pursuant to Section 31 (5) of CAMA has changed its name to Carnation Registrars Limited.
