NOTICE OF 27TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Nigerian Conservation Foundation (NCF) will hold on Thursday, October 13, 2016 at The Rotunda, Lekki Conservation Centre, KM 19, Lekki-Epe Expressway, Lekki, Lagos at 12:00noon to transact the following businesses:

To receive and consider the report of the National Executive Council, the Audited Financial Statement and the Auditors’ Report for the year ended December 31, 2015.

To re-appoint the Auditors.

To conduct any other business that may be properly transacted at the AGM.
