OSARETIN GIWA-OSAGIE: NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF RECEIVER

Notice is hereby given that Mr. Osaretin Giwa-Osagie of Osaretin Giwa-Osagie & Co, Legal Practitioners, 45, Ademola Street, South West Ikoyi, Lagos was appointed Receiver of the mortgage property consisting of a full functional Filling Station situated at KM 13, Asaba-Benin Express Way by old Toll Gate, Asaba, Delta State by First Bank of Nigeria Limited pursuant to a Deed of Legal Mortgage dated June 24, 2014 Registered as No. 6 at Page 6 in Volume MT43 of the Land Registry Office, Asaba, Delta State.

Further to on Order of the Federal High Court, Lagos made on the 20th of May, 2016 in Suit No. FHC/L/CS/650/2016, the Receiver has taken possession and full control of the property.
