OF FINAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the
Final General Meeting of members of Cisco Managed
Services Nigeria Limited (“the company”) (in Voluntary Liquidation) will
be held at 7th Floor, Marble House, 1, Kingsway
Road, Falomo, Ikoyi, Lagos on Friday, August 4, 2017 at 10:00am for the
purpose of laying before the meeting, the accounts of winding up of the above
named company and of giving explanation thereof towards the final dissolution
of the company.
