This is to inform the general public that the piece of land known as Plot No: 466, Cadastral Zone B14 and situated at Dutse District, Abuja, FCT, measuring 1.2 Hectares and registered as original Certificate of Occupancy No: MISC 52971 belonging to Almas Nigeria Limited and was supposed to be developed by the Pacific Homes Limited under agreement known as DR ZARA ESTATE, is in dispute and subject to arbitration.

Any buyer(s) who has bought or intends to buy an unit in the said DR ZARA ESTATE is doing so at his/her own perils.
