LAGOS BUSINESS SCHOOL LAUNCHES PROFESSIONAL MBA PROGRAMME

If you have been planning to travel to Harvard Business School or other good business schools in the world to do a Profession MBA Programme, you do not need to travel again. This is because Lagos Business School has launched its Professional MBA part-time programme

According to the school, the programme was designed to equip participants with a thorough knowledge of main business disciplines, analytical competencies and problem-solving capabilities.
 The Director, MBA, Lagos Business School, Dr. Uchenna Uzo, in a statement, said the two-year professional course is a blended business management programme with online and classroom content, which features separate elective tracks for entrepreneurship, technology, or general management. 

 Dr. Uzo added that, in addition to activity-based learning activities and a final capstone project, the classroom delivery is one intensive week in three months, a total of eight weeks classroom sessions spread over two years.

 He said, “The Professional MBA is created to position young professionals to deliver a transformational impact on their organisations and careers. The programme is flexible and fully customisable for professionals looking to hone their skills and apply it to their current job. This is another step towards achieving our set objectives, which are to build a new generation of business people with capabilities and competences to transform businesses through applying global best practices.”

 According to the Head, Corporate Communications, Lagos Business School, Mr. Aderayo Bankole, the programme is a natural progression in the institution’s quest to develop well-rounded entrepreneurs and business professionals.

With the quality of faculty and innovative mode of delivery which includes online and offline engagement, we have no doubt that this programme will achieve its set objectives,” Bankole stated.
