1. PROJECT SUNDAY COLLECTION

Second collection for the week will be our project Sunday collection. Parishioners are encouraged to donate generously with N1,000, N500 or N200.

2. TITHE COLLECTION

Next week Sunday, September 6, 2020, is Tithe Sunday collection. Parishioners are encouraged to pay up their tithe and also to pick up tithe envelops from the church wardens/welcoming ministers.

3. MARRIAGE CLASSES

The marriage classes will soon start in the month of September. Those preparing for wedding should see the parish priest on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Those coming on Fridays will be by appointment.

4. CHURCH CLEANING

We thank the Christian Women Association (CWO) for cleaning the church for us last week. The Sacred Heart of Jesus and Immaculate Heart of Mary are expected to clean the church this week.

5. CALL TO GLORY

Call to glory of Late Michael Ikechukwu Okechukwu who resided at 2, Omotola Street, Iwaya. The requiem mass for him will hold Monday, August 31, 2020 by 5:00pm.Venue is St. Stephen’s Catholic Church, Onike, Iwaya. May the soul of Late Michael Ikechukwu Okechukwu and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace.
