Chief Ugwokeh Nnaemeka, Real Estate Billionaire
Chief Ugwokeh Nnaemeka  (+2348067876251) is a Lagos-based media and real estate billionaire. He was born into the family of Late Engr. Joseph Ugwoke from Orba in Udenu Local Government Area of Enugu State. The Okemmadu of Kabong studied Geology at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He also attended the National Institute of Information Technology (NIIT,), Lagos where has did programmes on CompTIA A+ and CCNA. 

Chief Nnaemeka worked in some companies like Multimix Academy Limited, African Research Centre for Supply Chain, Greengates Specialties Limited, Hopevalley Fertility Clinic Limited, Coveland Limited etc in Lagos before floating his company, Tectono Ventures Limited, and an online investment and real estate news publishing platform, Tectono Business Review. As a corps member serving in Kabong in Jos North LGA of Plateau State, he was given a chieftaincy title, Okemmadu of Kabong, for his contribution towards the development of the community.

The Tectono CEO has invested heavily on media and real estate. Tectono Business Review which is the Nigeria’s version of Harvard Business Review, Financial Times, Oxford Business Group and EuroMoney is currently the most sought-after online media platform in Africa, getting mouth-watering deals from multinational corporations.

In addition to owning and managing innumerable properties in Nigeria, Tectono Ventures Limited is in partnership with other real estate companies like Landwey Investment Limited, Coveland Limited, PWAN Group, RevolutionPlus Property Development Company Limited, EUC Homes Limited, Adron Homes & Properties Limited etc.
