BBNAIJA HOUSEMATE, WHITEMONEY, DISCUSSES OBI CUBANA AND E-MONEY IN THE HOUSE

Across the globe, a lot of things have been said about the Chief Executive Officer of Cubana Group of Companies Limited, Chief Dr. Obinna Iyiegbu, popularly known worldwide as Obi Cubana. He and his corporate brands got into public consciousness after the extravagant display of wealth and physical tossing of raw cash during the burial ceremony of his mum in Oba, Idemmili, Anambra State.  

 

Big Brother Naija Shine Ya Eye house is not exempted in such discussions. A housemate known as Whitemoney has spoken on the culture of ‘spraying’ money, using Obi Cubana as a reference point. The exceedingly and exceptionally handsome Whitemoney explained why Igbo people show off their wealth in their hometown rather than in Lagos. He commenced the discussion when he said that he would not spray money in Lagos.

 

“I’m speaking for the Igbo clan; majority of the Igbo do not spend money where they hustle for money. I’m hustling in Lagos, I won’t be balling in Lagos. If you want to know my worth, follow me to my village,” he said. In her contribution, Princess said, “People that have built such mansions have probably helped a lot of their villagers and sponsored a lot of people.”

 

Speaking further, Whitemoney mentioned Igbo men that have mansions in their hometown especially Obi Cubana and a record label owner and Chief Executive Officer of Five Star Music Limited, Chief Dr. Emeka Okonkwo (E-Money).

 

According to him, E-Money’s mansion is a heaven that fell down and stayed in one part of Earth. “Cross (another housemate) is from Oba. If you go to Obi Cubana’s house, it’s the same thing. They are plenty,” he added.
