He is the Chief Executive Officer
of Nedcomoaks Limited, a proven
authority in Africa’s property development sector. He is a developer who is
challenged by the housing deficiency for the growing population of Nigeria and
Africa at large. He is a Spartan Nation Builder and relentless Apostle of

Christian, happily married to Ichechi
Chinarhu Okonkwo and blessed with 3 children Nicole, Ryan and Ivan Okonkwo. According to him, his
greatest accomplishment in life is having a family and spending time with his
family as a loving father.
He believes that when God gives a
