CHANGE IN SALES/CLIENT DOCUMENT SUBMISSION PROCESS
Dear Esteemed Realtors,
 
We would like to inform you that effective today, November 12th, 2021, all product sales-related documents, including subscription forms, T&Cs, estate guidelines, signed offer letters (where applicable) should be submitted to the company through the Sales Transaction link below:
 
This is the medium through which ALL client orders will be processed moving forward. We have had various complaints in the past about clients not receiving any formal communication to acknowledge their transactions and also delayed feedback on confirmation of payments and other documents.
 
This process aims to address such complaints by ensuring that clients are acknowledged immediately and the confirmation process begins swiftly.
 
Please note that any sale not captured via this link will not be treated.
