ENUGU ENTREPRENEURS RECEIVE GRANTS FROM COSIM FOUNDATION

Some entrepreneurs in Enugu have received funding from the
COSIM Foundation Entrepreneurship Programme in order to advance their various entrepreneurial drives and ensure the creation of jobs for people.

While presenting cheques to the beneficiaries of the programme, the founder of COSIM Foundation, Chief Dr. Chris Onyekachi Simon, stated it explicitly that he started the programme in order to give young men and women entrepreneurs the opportunity to scale their businesses and ideas, create opportunities and jobs for others

“I will be more proud of the impact they are going to make in their various places,” the graduate of the National Open University of Nigeria added.

Dr. Simon stated it unequivocally that he has an intention of creating more millionaires and billionaires from his community.

The multimillionaire who runs a chain of companies recalled how his mum passed on while giving birth and the yawning vacuum her demise created for him and his siblings. For that reason, he has decided to take care of the hospital bills of any responsible married woman in his community who gives birth in the hospital in the honour of his late mum.

According to him, he has made it in life and all his siblings are financially stable, despite set-backs created by his mum’s departure.

COSIM Foundation has also awarded full scholarship to indigent students across the country and awarded the contract of construction of 13km Mkpamte-Igogoro, Isiugwu and Ofante road networks which to Chrisken Construction Company Limited.

The Governor of Enugu State, Rt. Hon Dr. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi officially flagged off the construction of the roads some days ago.
