The regulation
plan, whose purpose is to make things clearer for people involved in the #crypto
industry, covers the period from April 1, 2023, to March 31, 2026.
It is a
three-year plan that gets updated every year to ensure that it remains useful,
effective, and in line with the FSCA’s bigger goals.
In addition
to considering international standards and the situation in South Africa, the #FSCA
wants to ensure that customers are treated justly and that financial #markets
work well.
In line with
the objective of making the financial sector fair, efficient, and trustworthy, the
FSCA wants to involve #stakeholders in the industry and focus on principal
goals.
It is vital
for industry participants to get involved and stay updated on the changing
cryptocurrency regulations in South Africa.
