public is hereby notified that the following parcels of land situated at
Umuofor Owu Amakohia, Ikeduru LGA, belong to Dr. Luke Onyekakeya, Emmanuel
Onyekakeyah and sisters as per the last
Will and Testament of the late Marcelinus Onyekakeyah: Otulu Uyo Oparanwata
and Ala Nkwuru; Uhu Ogbigwe; Odo-Nkwu Nwosuji; Aga Ugwu; Agaogwugwu situated at
Umukebo; Udara Nwogbaenwe; Uru Egbu; Otulu Uyo Onyeakasilam or Uhu Mkporo; Nga
Elegalamgburuehi; Otulu Uyo Oguledo; the last dwelling place of the said Marcelinus
Onyekakeyah. These parcels of land are NOT
FOR SALE. Anyone who buys any of these parcels of lands does so at his/her
risk.
