Notice is hereby given to the general public, our customers. Clients, bankers and business partners that Mainstreet Bank Registrars Limited, having complied with all relevant provisions of the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) and having procured the approval of the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) pursuant to Section 31 (5) of CAMA has changed its name to Carnation Registrars Limited.

All our documents in our former name remain valid. Our place of business remains: 2A, Gbagada Expressway, Anthony, Lagos, Nigeria.

All stakeholders and regulatory bodies and authorities are hereby put on notice.
