Erstwhile senator, Chief Fidelis Okoro, who represented Enugu North Senatorial District between 1999 and 2007, has died of heart-related sickness.

The Distinguished Senator passed away about 11:00 am (May 17, 2020), Tectono Business Review, learnt. Although, there is no official statement from his family but very reliable family sources said he died in Abuja.

We gathered that Agbadal, as the late senator was popularly known as, had a history of heart challenges that orchestrated a successful heart surgery in the United Kingdom a few years ago.
