Yesterday, March 22 was the 58th birthday of the Chairman of United Bank for Africa Plc, Heirs Holdings Limited and Transnational Corporation of Nigeria Plc (Transcorp), Tony Elumelu. In the mood of celebration, the world-wide celebrate philanthropist shared his very charming picture he took in his office.

 

So many Nigerians are very surprised that the banking colossus is just 58. This implies that he was far less than 40 years when he founded Standard Trust Bank that later acquired UBA and Continental Trust Bank.
