Tropical Arctic Logistics Limited of 72, Olorunlogbon Street, Anthony Village, Maryland, Lagos, Nigeria has applied to the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) to upgrade its current Airline Operation Permit (AOP) to an Air Transport License (ATL) to operate scheduled passenger and cargo flights on domestic, regional and international routes.
