ELON MUSK’S SON FILES FOR NAME AND GENDER CHANGE TO SEVERE RELATIONSHIP WITH HIS FATHER

Elon Musk's son, Xavier Alexander Musk, has filed a lawsuit to legally get rid of ‘Musk’ from his identity in order to distance himself from his father.

 

Xavier and his twin brother, Griffin, turned 18 in April 2022.

 

The twins were born from a relationship the Tesla boss had with Canadian writer. Justine Wilson.

 

They were conceived through In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) in 2004.

 

In 2008, Justine Wilson and Elon Musk filed for a divorce. They still share custody of their five children.

 

As soon as he turned 18, Xavier approached the authorities of the county of Los Angeles, California, to request for a change of name, surname and gender.

 

He is waiting for the authorities to grant his request for to be called Vivian Jenna Wilson.

 

In the documents filed, Xavier says he wants to be recognized as a woman, adding that she does not want to be associated with his biological father.

 

“I no longer live with my biological father nor do I wish to be related to him in any way," he emphasized.
