DOT ENSURE LIMITED ACQUIRES 70% OF SHARES CAPITAL OF ROYAL EXCHANGE HEALTHCARE LIMITED

We wish to inform the general public that Dot Ensure Limited (formally Atom Consumer Services Limited) has acquired 70% of the share capital of Royal Exchange Healthcare Limited from Royal Exchange General Insurance Company and Royal Exchange Prudential Life Plc.

 

By this acquisition all assets and liabilities representing 70% of Royal Exchange Healthcare Limited has been transferred to Dot Ensure Limited without any exception,  unless as agreed in the transaction documents.

 

The objective of the transaction is to strategically position Royal Exchange Healthcare Limited in the industry as a strong player through the utilization of technology.

 

Royal Exchange Healthcare Limited is licensed by the National Health Insurance Authority to provide health management organization to provide a variety of health products through healthcare providers/hospitals.
