Chief Ugwokeh Nnaemeka, |
We do not know if this happens only
in the Sabo-Yaba branch of Fidelity Bank. On a daily basis, customers are made
to wait under the canopies outside the banking hall for hours before being
attended to. The Executive Chairman of Tectono Ventures Limited and Publisher
of Tectono Business Review, Chief
Ugwokeh Nnaemeka, has been a victim of this nonsense a good number of
times.
What usually orchestrates the
delay in transactions is not the COVID-19 protocols. Our chairman also banks in
some other banks and none of them has ever subjected him to this kind of
treatment. The branch lacks workers. In a counter where a minimum of six
workers should attend to customers, only two of them are there and they are
always very slow. Does the top management of this bank know about this?
