NOTICE OF EXTRA-ORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF NIGERIAN INSTITUTE OF TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

Notice is hereby given that there will be an Extra-Ordinary meeting which will hold on Thursday, February 25, 2016 at NECA House, Hakeem Balogun, CBD, Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos by 110.00am to transact the following business:

· To receive and consider Council Report.

· To receive and consider 2014 Annual Financial Accounts.

· To ratify the Electoral Guidelines.

· Any Other Business.

NOTE

1. Only up-to-date Financial Members will be allowed to attend the EGM.

2. Anyone who is in doubt of his or her financial obligation should please confirm from the Secretariat before the AGM.
