If the report reaching us anything to go by, Chidinma Ojukwu may not be the real killer of the Super Network Limited and Super Television CEO, Usifo Ataga. This development was made known by Dr. Isi Ataga, a brother to the deceased Super TV boss.  According to Dr. Isi Ataga, the deceased was bound, gagged and stabbed several times before his death. In a statement, he released on Monday, he said Usifo died a horrific death and was not stabbed two or even five times but stabbed multiple times.

The University of Lagos (UNILAG), has made it explicit that it is yet to take any decision against Chidinma Adaora Ojukwu, a third year mass communication undergraduate of the university, who told the world how she stabbed her sugar daddy and founder of Super Networks Limited and Super Television, Mr. Usifo Ataga, to death some days ago in the Lekki area of Lagos.

A few days ago, the Lagos Police paraded a 21 year-old Chidinma Adaora Ojukwu, a part-time student of the Mass Communication Department, University of Lagos as the prime suspect in the murder of Michael Usifo Ataga, the CEO of Super TV. We gathered that as the photographs of Chidinma were shared on the internet, the photos of Usifo Ataga’s wife, Brenda, also surfaced, orchestrating some puzzles on man-woman relationship and in this case, a fatal attraction. It is obvious that Brenda is a beautiful woman, a celebrated professional in the oil and gas sector and the mother of Ataga’s two children. Some confusions are the reason for Ataga to run after a side chick, that is not as charming as his wife is. Only Usifo Ataga knows the reason. We can only guess, since he is no longer in this world. But if he was alive, he must have borne great shame for the public embarrassment and pain his infidelity has brought his wife and children.

 

According to Brenda’s bio, she works as the National Project Coordinator of the LPG Gas Expansion Programme, in the office of the Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Timipre Sylva. She had previously served as the Special Adviser on Downstream and Infrastructure between 2015 and 2019 to another Minister of State, Emmanuel Kachikwu. She is a Mid/Downstream Commercial Strategist and a 2018 Nominee of the prestigious Arch Bishop Desmond Tutu Fellowship. She has over 15 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry. Brenda founded the NGO – True Foundation – which focuses on community and human capacity training for Women and Youths. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from the University of Lagos, BA Business Management from Lincoln University and an LLM from the University of Salford. Before joining public service, Brenda held key leadership positions in private sector, where she attained recognition as the first female and first under 30 to serve in the capacity of Supply Manager at OANDO PLC (West Africa).

 

As much as we pity Chidinma Ojukwu owing to the fact that her life seems wasted at 21, this is horribly sad, so sad. Many people are in sorrow, especially the families of the dead as well as the lady's parents. Only God knows what all of them are going through. Parents need to add more effort in how they train their kids these days. Money is not everything!!! We must not all be wealthy and rich but we must all be responsible and noble. They should ensure that their kids understand this while bringing them up. The upcoming young minds need serious vigilance and prayers. This whole thing about the CEO and the young girl is sad, horribly sad.

This came as a result of a regulatory drive issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and more importantly in a bid to enhance client experience by leveraging the automation of the subscription and redemption process we have implemented over the years.
