BANK OF NIGERIA PLC being the Occupier/Lessee of the property located at Plot 122, Ikorodu Industrial Scheme,
Ikorodu has applied to the Lagos State Lands, Bureau for renewal of its
leasehold interest in the above named property.

In line with the policy on renewal of
leasehold interests, members of the public who have any objection/interest or
any contrary information concerning this application for renewal of leasehold interest
should come forward with any relevant/useful evidence in writing with document(s) in support of such
claim/objection within twenty-one (21)
days from the date of this publication, addressed to The Permanent Secretary, Lands Bureau, Block 13/14, The Secretariat ,
Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos.
