NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR AN ON-GRID ELECTRICITY GENERATION LICENCE PURSUANT TO SECTION 64 OF THE ELECTRIC POWER SECTOR REFORM ACT 2005

Gelan Bond Limited, whose office is situated at 9A, Samuel Manuwa Street, Victoria Island, Lagos, hereby gives notice that it has made an application for an On-Grid Electricity Generation Licence pursuant to Section 64 of the Electricity Power Reform Act 2005 to the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission to authorize it to operate Savannah Solar Power Plant at Ogbonodoroko, Asa Local Government Area, Kwara State.

Notice is hereby given to persons who have objections to the grant of the licence to send their written comments clearly articulating the basis for such objection within 21 days to this publication to:
