AFRICUNIA
BANK, a top-notch a decentralized, distributed, adaptive,
open socio-technical financial ecosystem known worldwide for working with
various partners in numerous countries to promote sustainable development with
special focus on financial empowerment, farming, healthcare, advancement of
children, youth and women amongst other services, has concluded plans to disburse
the sum of twenty five million dollars emergency relief grant for agriculture
to farmers and prospective farmers in Nigeria before the end of 2022.
The bank, in a press release signed by the
Communications Manager, Mr. Joseph
Idoni, stated it explicitly that the emergency disbursement became
imperative in order to demonstrate to Nigerians its sincerity, capability and
resolution to disburse the ab initio promised $5 billion agricultural grant.
The statement
read, “If you have been following up with AFRICUNIA/SPARCO
BANK Agriculture Grant, you will know that a minimum of one million
beneficiaries are required to apply for the Grant before disbursement can commence.
“But due to the fact that most Nigerians are dragging
their feet and have refused to apply for the grant even when it is free to do
so because of the many years of heartaches and disappointments they have been
experiencing in the hands of scammers and fraudsters in the past and present,
all in the name of Grant that does not exist anywhere, AFRICUNIA BANK decided
to disburse an emergency relief Grant worth $25,000,000 to farmers and
prospective farmers in Nigeria just to prove a point to Nigerians that this is
different from what they have seen before and that their Moses is finally here
to take them to the promised land.”
AFRICUNIA BANK explained that the agreement it had
with the donor, SPARCO BANK, was
that the disbursement of the grant would commerce as soon as the number of subscription
hits one million, adding that the emergency disbursement would likely motivate
people who are still doubting the authenticity of the grant to subscribe.
“We strongly believe that this move is going to help
wake Nigerians up to see the empowerment opportunity before them and trigger
the application process and make us reach our one million minimum subscribers
for the AFRICUNIA/SPARCO BANK AGRICULTURE GRANT WORTH FIVE BILLION DOLLARS
($5,000,000,000).
“We would like to use this medium to first of all
thank everyone, especially our partnering NGOs who have been doing their best
to make sure we reach our common goal.
“However, this is not a time to relax because of this
disbursement news rather it is a time for more hard work. If you slow down, be
sure you will not get from this emergency relief Grant because only those who
will double their efforts now after hearing this news will be considered first.
You will have to wait until the time we reach our one million subscribers
before you will be attended to.
“We remain committed to liberate Nigerians and
Africans as a whole from hunger and starvation and usher in a new order of
things that will provide food security, employment and prosperity, so help us
God,” the statement said.
It can be regurgitated that SPARCO BANK signed a
global strategic partnership and joint venture with AFRICUNIA BANK earlier in
the year which precipitated the $5billion grant for the development of
agriculture.
