NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR LICENCE RENEWAL OF ELECTRICITY GENERATION LICENCE PURSUANT TO SECTION 72 OF THE EPSR ACT FOR 685 MW IBOM POWER COMPANY LIMITED

PUBLIC NOTICE

Ibom Power Company Limited; whose office is situated at Ibom Power Avenue of Ibekwe Road, Ikot Abasi LGA, Akwa Ibom State; hereby gives Notice that it has made an application to the Nigerian Electricity Regulation Commission (NERC), whose principal office is situated at Adamawa Plaza, 1099 1st Avenue, off Shehu Shagari Way, Abuja, for a renewal of their on-grid electricity generation licence to enable them operate a 685MW power plant at Ikot Abasi area of Akwa Ibom State.

Notice is hereby given that persons who have objection to the renewal of the licence should send their written comments clearly articulating the basis for any objection within 21 days of this publication to:
