The sated property is property of our client Messes Optimum Care Services Industries Limited of 39, Zik Avenue Fegge, Onitsha, Anambra State.

Our client is seized of the said property by purchase sometimes in 2013 from one Cletus Emenike who in turn acquired his transferred interest from Keystone Bank Limited.

The stated property of our client is now at the office of the land registry, Awka and has the following particulars: 89/89/2010.

Therefore, any person, persons, or group of persons negotiating to purchase or buy the stated property will have himself or herself to be blamed.
