PUBLIC NOTICE

Regulation 13 (b) of the Estate Surveying and Valuation Regulation 2014 made pursuant to Section 18 of the Estate Surveyors and Valuers (Regulations, etc) Act CAP E13 LFN 2007 provides that a Valuation Report prepared by a Registered Firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers MUST bear the Seal and Stamp (now Adhesive Stamp) issued by The Estate Surveyor and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (The Board).

Any purported Valuation Report which does not comply with the above regulation is invalid and should be disregarded.
