KEYSTONE BANK LIMITED

For a Consideration of

N25,100,000,000.00 (at N4.016 per Share)

The objective of the acquisition is to reposition the bank as a leading bank in the Nigerian Banking Industry. Future plans include: excellent service delivery amongst others.
