NOTICE TO ALL SHAREHOLDERS OF TRIPPLE GEE & COMPANY PLC

The management of Tripple Gee & Company Plc wishes to notify its esteemed shareholders that in compliance with the directive of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on the cessation of the issuance of dividends warrant to shareholders, dividend payment to shareholders will only be made electronically effective January 01, 2018.

We therefore advise our shareholders who are yet to provide their bank mandate to the Registrar, GTL Registrars Limited, to do so immediately in order to ensure their unclaimed dividends are credited to their bank.

In addition, the management of Tripple Gee & Company Plc has also decided to reimburse the cost of e-dividends fees to any shareholder who consolidates two or more accounts during this exercise.

An e-dividend mandate form can be obtained and processed at all Banks and their branches nationwide. The e-dividend form is also available for download at www.gtlregistrars.com and can also be processed nationwide.
