The Executive Chairman of Tectono Ventures Limited, Chief Ugwokeh Nnaemeka, visited the founder of COSIM Foundation, Chief Dr. Chris Onyekachi Simon (Don Chris) in his mansion at Isiugwu, Enugu-Ezike, Igboeze North LGA of Enugu State on December 29, 2021.

Don Chris, who is still in his early forties, is a world-class billionaire businessman and contractor with a chain of flourishing companies operating in real estate development, oil and gas, construction, pharmaceuticals, information technology, international trade, etc.

His compound, which contains excess of ten plots of land, houses well-furnished buildings which can be best described as ‘architectural masterpiece.’ At the back of the last building is a space where his private jet will be landing and taking off.
