The theme
for this fourth edition is “Connecting
the DOTS in Africa’s Real Estate” and is set to hold on the 29th and 30th
of September at Eko Convention Centre,
Lagos. The summit reverts to the two-day format featuring Leaders Breakfast
meeting, Annual African Women in Real Estate meeting and the opening of
exhibitions that will run for the two days.
Day two of
the convention will feature the conference with engaging conversations by
experts on Drivers, Opportunities, Transformation, and Sustainability
(D.O.T.S), including dinner.
According to
the Chief Executive Officer of 3Invest, Ruth Obih, expected at the conference
include the Governor of Ogun State, Senator Ibikunle Amosu, Hakeem Ogunniran of
UPDC, Mark Bradford of JLL, Ronald Chaugoury of South Energyx, and Nnema Byrd
of Stanlib. Also on the list are Uzo Oshogwe of Afriland Properties, MKO
Balogun of GlobalPFI, Bolaji Edu of Broll, Olumayowa Ogunwemimo of FSDH, Roland
Igbinoba of Pison Housing, Jumoke Akinwumni of Ogun State Housing Corporation,
Gbenga Olaniyan of Estatelinks and Kola Ashiru Balogun of ARM Properties.
