NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR AN ON-GRID ELECTRICITY GENERATION LICENCE PURSUANT TO SECTION 64 OF THE ELECTRIC POWER SECTOR REFORM ACT 2005

Kingline Development Nigeria Limited, whose head office is at 10B, Oluwole Street, off Chief Collins, off Fola Osibo, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos hereby gives notice that it has made an application to the Nigerian Electric Regulatory Commission whose principal office is situated at Adamawa Plaza, Plot 1099 1st Avenue, Off Shehu Shagari Way, Abuja for an on-grid electricity generation licence at Ore, Ondo State.

Notice is hereby given that persons who have objections to the grant of the licence should send their written comments clearly articulating the basis for any objection within twenty-one (21) days of this publication to:
