Allotees of the property in Federal Housing Authority estates in the Federal Capital Territory and residents therein having pending transactions with the Authority are hereby requested to come forward and conclude such transactions within 21 (Twenty-One) days of this publication.

Failure to comply with the directive will leave the Authority with no choice but to publish the details of such outstanding transactions in the press.

All concerned are advised to be guided accordingly, please.
