Despite the
nation’s economic recession, which has slowed down investments in the real
estate, Tobykemsworth, a real estate
developer has launched its iconic Honeywells
Garden in Maryland, Lagos.
Honeywell’s
Garden is conceived as an estate for medium and high-income earners and choice

According to

Rafael, who
formally launched the estate in Lagos on Friday, said Honeywells Garden
Maryland was spurred by the stream of successes recorded by the company in its
Orange Brick Homes Friday, Prominent Gardens. According to the civil engineer,
the estate comprises of central designed architectural piece of accommodation,
which provides residents with an ideal believe of tranquility and modern
convenience.
He stressed
that it is a mixed structure estates with service plots, semi detached, fully
detached duplexes as well as commercial plots form shopping plaza and flats. He
promised the works would start at the estate next week while 50 units will be
delivered in 18 months. Although, he did not disclose the number of interests
already recorded, Raphael said the firm is encouraged with the number of
enquiries already received.
He said: “Another feature of the estate is that it has already
designed entrance and the land is well layout that it is not water logged. Julius
Berger Construction firm has also promised to start the construction work to
link the estate to Opebi early February.”
Mr. Raphael also announced a unique installment payment plan of four installments with the initial payment of 40 percent of the initial cost spread across 240 days. Corroborating,
the Human Capital and Business Development Manager of the firm, Mr. Felix Abijoroh said the estate is
