This s to inform the general public that 3Horizon Nigeria Limited, 6A, Sultan Road, Kaduna, Kaduna State, has applied to the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) for Grant of Air Transport License (ATL) to operate scheduled and unscheduled passenger and cargo services within and outside Nigeria.
