Today, August 27, 2021, I got a message on my MTN line (08067876251) from Haloo Credit Personal Loan informing me that a certain stranger called Andrew got a loan from them and it would be overdue in 7 days’ time, adding that I should help in notifying him for repayment.

I landed on their website via google-search and discovered that the loan givers have no address and the phone number I saw is not going through. I had been getting similar messages from them.

My question is how does the debt of someone I do not know concern me? Obviously, I have been used as a surety to obtain a loan without my knowledge? It is high time I took a legal action against them. They have a lot of things to explain to the jury.
