BOC GASES NIGERIA PLC: RENEWAL OF CYLINDER ASSET FLEET

BOC Gases Nigeria Plc wishes to inform all its customers (past and present) that the Company is currently renewing its cylinder asset fleet.

To this end, the Company requests all its customers who are in possession of its cylinder based on deposit agreement entered into before 2014 and who have not refilled those cylinders since 2015 to return these cylinders immediately for quality conformance re-certification.

Please, note that after October 31, 2021, the Company will no longer be liable to refund the deposit.

Consequently, any incident associated with the use of these cylinders will be sole responsibility of the customer/holder.
