Most everyone lives with a condition called destination anxiety. That is when you think your happiness will come: when you get something, when someone comes into your life. This condition reinforces the fact that you are not happy thus depression sets in. If you do not confront this and eliminate it from your life, it has been said that habits take over after 28 days of repetition, don't make destination anxiety become a habit.


Look at "RIGHT NOW" Be a good person, do good things, do good things now, enjoy today, live a good wholesome life and as you look back you will see the quality of life has improved because you have more good times and not just looking forward to some moment that keeps moving to the next goal in life.
