Ordinarily, we would have just ignored that man who decided to vent spleen for turning down his request to join him in the gutters where he belongs to, but we have no other option but to keep the records straight.

Let us state it explicitly that Tectono Ventures Limited is a company duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in the year 2013. Our annual returns are up to date which implies that we have always been in business. We did not know that man that came up with that accusation until a certain time in 2019. We got a call from him to come to a certain virtual office he was using at that point in time for a discussion on giving him our database. We met and he saw what we had and tested it. Thereafter, he said that he would get back to us. We did not hear from him until early this year. He told us that he needed the product urgently. We met again and it was given to him. Imagine, what we could not sell below N30,000 was given to him for N10,000 after his plea owing to the kind of soft heart we have.

He used it for virtually six months without any complaint. Our question is how come what he tested before paying for and what he used for several months all of a sudden became fake? Something is behind it and we will tell you. After about a month of meeting him, we got a call from him requesting to place for him on our business news website an advert capable of tarnishing our corporate image which we declined. Media companies do not accept all adverts or advertorials because they have their reputations to protect. We are not just after money.

His exasperation is just because we added him to our whatsapp forum after turning down his request to publish an advert for him. So, if he thinks that we cheated him in any ramification, let him seek professional advice.
