PAYMENT OF SCHEME CONSOLIDATION TO HOLDERS OF SEVEN-UP BOTTLING COMPANY LIMITED SCHEME SHARES

Further to the approval of Seven-Up Bottling Company Limited’s Scheme of Arrangement on January 11, 2018 by the Shareholders of the Company and the subsequent court sanction obtained on February 8, 2018 by which Seven Up Bottling Company Limited’s Scheme of Arrangement was sanctioned by the Federal High Court, the Company has been delisted from the Daily Official List of The Nigerian Stock Exchange effective from March 9, 2018.

The holders of Seven-Up Bottling Company Limited Scheme Shares are hereby notified that the Registrars, GTI Registrars Limited, have commenced the payment of the Scheme Consolidation.

Holders of the Scheme Shares who are yet to receive payment of the Scheme Consolidation are requested to immediately contact GTL Registrars Limited to facilitate the payment of their Scheme Consolidation. The list of Holders with outstanding payment is available on the Registrars’ website.
