OPIC COMMENCES CONSTRUCTION OF MTR GARDENS AT ISHERI

Tectono Business Review gathered that the Ogun State Property Investment Corporation (OPIC) has commenced the construction of a new estate at the OPIC estate, Isheri, Ogun State along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway. The preliminary work on the estate, known as MTR Gardens which will consist of over 600 units of two and three-bedroom flats, was completed in July.

The Managing Director of the reputable property investment firm, Mr. Babajide Odusolu, spoke with us while taking us on a tour of the site.

He said: “The government is set to deliver value at an affordable price through careful balance of efficient design and planning without compromising quality. The MTR Gardens is designed as a multi-zoned gated community and will on completion have a variety of infrastructural facilities and services.

According to the OPIC boss, the delivery of housing and massive investment in infrastructure is one of the key programmes of the Senator Ibikunle Amosun administration.
