ABEOKUTA IPP LIMITED: NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR AN ON-GRID GENERATION LICENCE PURSUANT TO SECTION 64 OF THE ELECTRIC POWER REFORM ACT

Abeokuta IPP Limited, whose head office is located at Plot 1059, Abagbon Close, Off Ologun Agbaje Street, Victoria Island, Lagos, hereby gives notice that it has made an application to the Nigerian Electricity Regulation Commission (NERC) whose principal office is situated at Adamawa Plaza, Plot 1099, 1st Avenue, Off Shagari Way, Abuja for an On-Grid Electricity Generation Licence pursuant to Section 64 of the Electric Power Section Reform Act 2005 authorizing it to generate 150MW at Ajindo Oba Village, Ewekoro, Ogun State.

Notice is hereby given that persons who have objections to the grant of the licence should send their written comments clearly articulating the basis for any object within twenty-one (21) days of this publication to:
