EXPOSED: A FRAUDULENT E-MAIL FROM A BLOODY YAHOO BOY


In line with our resolution to keep on exposing fraudsters in Nigeria, we decided to publish this e-mail we got from an internet fraudster, otherwise known as yahoo boy so that no Nigerian will fall for it.  The email is entitled: VERY URGENT REPLY REQUIRED and it came from OFFICE INFORMATION informationoffice331@gmail.com by Mr. Ibrahim Mahatma which was sent on Tue, Mar 9 at 5:43 PM. Below is the body of the e-mail:

I am writing you this letter based on the latest development at my Department which I will like to bring to your personal edification.(10.5 Million U.S Dollars transfer claims). This money has been dormant for years in our Bank without claim. If you can assist and capable of assisting please I need your urgent response to enable me provide you the details.

 

Note that you will have 40% of the above mentioned sum if you agree to handle this business with me while 60% will be for me  then after youmconfirm this  fund into your account  I will  come over to you country for the sharing  of the fund. The deal is 100% risk free and it will be legally backed up with government approved.

 

This is a legitimate transaction and I agreed to offer you 40% of this money as my foreign partner after confirmation of the fund in your bank account.

 

If you are interested, get back to me with the following details below.

As soon as I receive these data, I will forward to you the application form which you will send to the bank to proceed the release of the fund in your bank account.

So, if you receive this kind of e-mail, just delete it. Do not bother to reply it because it is from a good for nothing fraudster.
