The land is measuring 92 Hectares along Chevron Drive, Lekki (Opposite Carton Gate Estate) in Lagos State. The title to the property remains in favour of NNPC for all purposes.

The general public is therefore enjoined to take note and to desist from laying claim or entering any arrangement or negotiation with any person or corporate body with respect to the said property. Please, beware.
