DO YOU KNOW THAT SEYI LAW WAS DENIED ACCESS TO THE STADIUM DURING NIGERIA AND LESOTHO MATCH?

Comedian, Seyi Law

Security operatives at the main gate of Teslim Balogun Stadium refused to allow an ace comedian, Seyi Law, to enter the stadium to watch the African Cup of Nation (AFCON) qualifying match between the Super Eagles of Nigeria and the national team of Lesotho. The comic star was seen pleading with the policemen to allow him gain access into the stadium, but his pleas fell on their deaf eyes. The visibly disappointed and angry Seyi left the gate and was accosted by the reporters of a certain electronic media house who he granted an interview. We have not confirmed why he was treated in such a manner. However, some people who were very close to the stadium’s gate hinted that Seyi refused to pay for ticket.

The match ended 3 – 0 in favour of the Super Eagles of Nigeria. The goals were scored by Victor Osime, Oghenekaro Etebo and Paul Onuachu. So, Nigeria has qualified to the 2021 AFCON in Cameroon.
